9m3 of Flow Classic Liquid Screed over UFH – Esher, Surrey
Flow Classic Liquid Screed installed over underfloor heating at a new build property in Esher, Surrey.
Another great example of the prep work being carried out correctly prior to our visit;
- The screeding area is watertight to prevent leakage.
- The polyethene slip membrane installed over the insulation is overlapped and sealed to prevent loss of screed.
- The UFH pipes are securely fixed to prevent floatation and lifting during application of the screed.
We recommend the pipes are filled prior to application of the screed to check for leaks, this also reduces the risk of pipes floating whilst the screed is being poured.
