What is the drying time for Cemfloor?
Cemfloor typically dries enough for light foot traffic within 24-48 hours, with full curing taking 21-28 days depending on depth and site conditions.
Is Cemfloor compatible with underfloor heating?
Do I need to sand Cemfloor?
Unlike anhydrite screeds, Cemfloor is a cement-based, laitance-free screed and does not require the removal of surface laitance. To achieve the intended finish, the building should be adequately sealed and protected from rain, excessive moisture and other adverse weather conditions throughout the curing period, in accordance with the manufacturer’s aftercare guidance. Flooring installers may still choose to lightly prepare the surface before installing floor finishes to help key the area as part of their own preparation works, for which they are responsible.
Can Cemfloor be used outdoors?
Cemfloor is intended for internal use only and should not be used in external environments. For external screed requirements, we offer traditional sand and cement screed, providing a reliable and durable solution.
