Flow Classic Liquid Screed was the Developer’s preferred choice at this stunning residential new build in Guildford, Surrey.
The main reasons for using this particular screed for this project, included the speed of the installation and the benefit of allowing work to carry on 24 hours later without any worries of damaging the screed.

- 1200gu DPM
- Rigid PU Insulation
- Slip membrane
- Wet underfloor heating stapled directly to insulation
- 50mm of Flow Classic on both ground and first floors
As Underfloor Heating was installed, the screed was force dried and tiles were laid just 24 days after.
