This screed has been designed to work with all underfloor heating systems.
Compared to traditional sand and cement screed, the liquid encapsulates the pipes allowing superior heat transfer.
When laid at the recommended 50mm the screed has a very quick reaction time.
High Thermal Conductivity (HTC) is the latest innovation in flowing screed technology
Independent tests achieved 2.5W/mK
For UK calculations use 2.3W/mK
Fast Dry Screed
Flow Htc can be force dried 7 days after application, allowing floor finishes to be installed from 21 days.
