25m3 Flow XS Liquid Screed – Central London
A commercial shopfitter required a clean level surface to work from for a new supermarket in Central London.
The existing substrate was a concrete car park floor with level variations of up to 60mm.
We specified Flow XS Liquid Screed for its strength, allowing partitions and new structures to be built with ease.
Specification
- Install Slip Membrane 1200gu
- Install Flow XS with a depth range of 35-65mm
- Floor finishes are tiles and Epoxy Resin Flooring to suit the desired finish
Due to the Anhydrite screeds impressive strength, this was achieved in a single pour with no bay separation required.
